Stone

Stone — Health Disclaimer

Stone is a workout log and training assistant. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Stone's session recommendations and AI memories are derived from your own workout history. They are not a substitute for a qualified coach, physical therapist, or physician.

Those recommendations are written by an AI model. It prescribes specific exercises, loads and rep targets, and — if you connect Apple Health — it factors in signals like your resting heart rate and heart rate variability. It has never seen you lift. It cannot see your form, your fatigue, or anything you have not logged. Treat every number it gives you as a starting suggestion to adjust, not an instruction.

If you tell Stone about an injury or a movement to avoid, it will try to work around it. Do not rely on that in place of medical advice.

Pain or injury should be discussed with a qualified medical professional. Consult a physician before starting a new training program.

If you experience sharp pain, joint instability, lightheadedness, chest pain, or any symptom that worries you, stop immediately and seek medical care.

If you have a known medical condition (cardiovascular, orthopedic, metabolic, neurological, mental-health, pregnancy-related, or otherwise), do not begin or change a training program based on Stone's suggestions without first consulting your provider.
